2.0 : add aspell and reorganise windows directory

	No need to recompile to update
	just use setenv.sh -m (with eventual mac options), delete the SDK/windows directory
	and ./mksrc.sh and exit

2.2 : new ghostscript version 9.54
2.3 : upgrade fontconfig to 2.12.6 because of  new linux
2.4 : upgrade qt5 from 5.9.9 to 5.12.11
2.5 : add nettle 3.4.1 and gnutls 3.6.16
2.6 : upgrade gmp form 6.0.0 to 6.2.1 due to gnutls compatilibity issue
2.7 : add ninja (for macos) and cmake (for Qt6)
